Here is Nathan's four month picture! We are actually calling him Nate more often these days. It seems to fit. Some of his other nicknames are Little Bubba, Bubbadub, Little Chunk, Little Stinker. You are welcome to call him these or any other nicknames you see fit :) Andrew tells me every day, "Mommy, you have two precious boys!". I guess I say this alot. He also called me out for saying "crap" this morning. Really have to watch it these days...
Anyways, here are a few things Nate is up to now:
- Rolling over!
- Socializing!
- Two times this morning he looked at Serg and said "Da!" I am not crazy, we were all witness to this. He loves his daddy and brightens up and babbles every time he sees him.
- Other than these exciting things he sleeps, plays, nurses, poops, and pees. He is most definitely advanced.
On Thursdays and Fridays we get to have some good quiet time while Andrew goes to his little school. I really cherish these slower paced days, and Nathan seems to appreciate the calmness too. Some days he sleeps the entire time, like he has been waiting for a break from his energy filled brother.
We are planning to drive to Houston tomorrow, our first family road trip with both boys! Wish us luck.
Sidenote: One of my invention ideas is a contraption for a baby to nurse while in the car. The mom would sit next to baby with something like a breast pump thingy attached to her, but instead of the milk being pumped into a bottle, baby sucks and it goes straight into his mouth. Wouldn't this make road trips with babies so much easier?? Does this already exist? Men, sorry but you probably should have stopped reading as soon as you got uncomfortable.
