Whoville

We are here! We are here! We are here! We are here! If you haven't read Horton Hears a Who you won't really get that. But my point is, we are Londoners now! I feel like the past week and a half has been spent in a strange alternate universe- one of jet lag, co-sleeping, adjusting to a new home, exploring a new city, etc. BUT today I kind of feel like we are settled- yay!

Lots to catch up on but I thought I'd post a few pictures of our "normal" now to start with.

First and foremost, I am no longer a mommy, but am now a mummy. Take note:

Here are a few pictures of our flat. We are slowly making it a home, albeit a temporary one. The large living room is basically a playroom, because that's what you have to do with kids. At the end of every day Andrew and Serg clean it up so it looks nice and neat like this:

Then after we put the boys to bed, we hang out in the kitchen because that's where the internet connection works best and also because we have NO TV! Its actually been nice and the whole family has been doing much more reading. I miss it a little and we are obviously going to have to figure out something for football season, but so far its fine. Here's a typical night for us:

Serg has not been working too much yet, so thus far its been alot like a vacation for us. His office is right across the street from Green Park and Buckingham Palace, so we've visited there a few times. It is quite idyllic when the weather is nice.

Lots more to post about, but that will have to do for tonight. We are here and well and look forward to keeping in touch with everyone.
