I am thankful for so many things right now and could not possible list them all. But I will try. Just kidding. I will list a couple :) Mostly I am thankful for God's blessings on our little family as well as our extended family. We couldn't be more blessed, and our children couldn't be more loved, and that to me is everything. I am also so thankful to be able to stay at home and be with my kids all day every day. I joke that with two small kids every day is the longest day of my life, but I still wouldn't trade it for anything.
For those of you not in Dallas, we had a crazy week weather-wise. On Tuesday we were sweating and by Thursday it was frigid. Serg plays in the Turkey Bowl every Thanksgiving morning, which is a flag football game that a bunch of men from church get together to play. Andrew and I have gone to watch the past two years. This year we went but it was FREEZING cold. We were the only spectators. We stayed for five minutes and then hurried back to the warm house. Here are pictures from the past three years:

After the Turkey Bowl we have a yummy brunch and then rest.
Yes, my husband is wearing shorts in case you were wondering. This is not that kind of blog.
Next we headed over to the Samaniego house for dinner. My mom outdid herself with a great feast topped off by pumpkin pie. I LOVE me some pumpkin pie. After Andrew got over his fear of trying it, he discovered he loves it too. Yay :) This year we decided to just spend the night at my parents house instead of driving home. We brought the dog and everything. And we've decided that this is definitely the way to go... much more laid back and less stressful. I've finally figured out that whenever there are more people around to help out with your children, life is a bit easier. Serg got to read a book. I got to do a little bargain shopping all by myself. Thank you grandparents.

His belly is so comfy, I remember from when I was little
Hope all our family who don't live here had a wonderful day of loved ones and yummy food too!
